Mortgage Loans
As with most residential appraisal firms, a large part of of our business is typical mortgage loan assignments. We offer service on a variety of loan types.
Our solid reputation and performance allows for a wide range of loan placement with most third party lenders. In this time oriented business, you can count on a timely, accurate and well documented appraisal prepared for underwriting of the mortgage loan. Our appraisals are prepared for loan approval at the first submission with underwriting guidelines clearly addressed.
In addition to typical housing that is found in the area, we specialize in high value housing located in the most exclusive areas of the city. Recent assignments include valuation of homes in excess of $25 million.
Expert Witness Testimony and Litigation
Experience is critical in litigation and credibility of expert witnesses. We provide property valuations that range from simple straight forward divorce cases to more complex valuations of high priced custom homes, "stigmatized" properties, partial estates and other complex valuation issues. We have prepared appraisals for use in Harris County, Montgomery County and Fort Bend County courts as well as Federal Bankruptcy court. The fees for these types of appraisals vary depending on the complexity of the issues involved. Our fees are competitive.
