Mrs. Kyoung Shin Lee is a State Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser as recognized by the Texas Real Estate Appraiser Certification Committee and the Texas Real Estate Commission having provided satisfactory evidence of the qualifications required by section 22 of the Real Estate License Act (Article 6573a, V.T.C.S.) and of chapter 5~4 of the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission. Mrs. Lee has taken numerous real estate appraisal courses, appraisal seminars and continuing education for her appraisal certification which include: Ban-po High School 1993; Han-Sa Language Institute (in Canada) 1995; Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology (in Canada) 1998; International Trade Institute-Certificate of Convention and Meeting Planning 1999; Los Angeles City College, Saddleback College-Real Estate Classes 2016-2017.

Mrs. Lee worked for Hong Kong Net (in Hong Kong) from July 2002 to 2004; C&S Defense Incorporated (in Korea) from August 2004 to September 2006; ProTextile from June 2007 to June 2009; MKC Realty Inc. from January 2018 to February 2019; Alpha Appraisal Inc. from May 2016 to May 2017 and May 2018 to March 2019.

In December 2019, Mrs. Lee began working with David Brooks & Associates, Inc. Mrs. Lee brings her extensive knowledge of residential appraising to the firm. Mrs. Lee’s primary responsibilities are appraising one-to-four family dwellings and vacant land for individuals, institutional investors, mortgage companies and national relocation companies. These appraisals covered the entire range of purposes and property types. Mrs. Lee has assisted in residential appraisals for various individuals and corporations including: Amerant Bank, N.A., BOKF, N.A., Cadence Bank, Envoy Mortgage, First Horizon Bank, Hancock Bank, Independent Bank, NBH Bank, Prosperity Bank, Regions Bank, South Trust Bank, Texas Gulf Bank, Trustmark National Bank, Veritex Bank, Zions Bancorporation and various other banks and mortgage companies.
