
Juan A Ortiz is a native of Puerto Rico who graduated from Northeast High School in Florida. He attended Kaplan University with a major in Business Administration and Marketing. Mr. Ortiz successfully earning a grade point average of 3.96 was presented with President’s List Honors in August 2011 term at Kaplan University.
Mr. Ortiz is a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser as recognized by the Texas Real Estate Appraiser Certification Committee and the Texas Real Estate Commission having provided satisfactory evidence of the qualifications required by section 22 of the Real Estate License Act (Article 6573a, V.T.C.S.) and of chapter 5~4 of the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission. Mr. Ortiz worked for Aware Logistics (Palm Beach, FL) as Plant Supervisor from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Ortiz worked for Great-Wide Logistics (Houston, TX) as Plant Manager from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Ortiz worked for Pinnacle Propane Express (Brookshire, TX) as Production Manager from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Ortiz worked for Reliable Reports Services as Field Representative - Inspector for Home Insurances from 2014 to 2015.
